The Outlet Dance Project

Time: 2pm. Free with park admission.
The Outlet Dance Project incorporates sculptural elements in the park with original choreographed dances.  This is a showcase for emerging female choreographers from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York.

Fall/Winter Season 2008
The International Sculpture Center presents the Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Award Exhibition.  The work of sculptor Allan Houser, recipient of prestigious Ellis Island Award in 1993, will be on exhibit in Inspired Visions.  Also featured, the works of Santa Fe sculptor, Michael Naranjo in Visions of the Mind.
Reception: October 11, 2-5pm.  The park is closed to the public all day.  Members and invited guests only.  Reservations required.
Exhibition runs October 12, 2008 - April 26, 2009.

Art In Nature: Three-Dimensional Art Adult Workshop
Dates: October 11,18,25 and November 1.  Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm.
Continue your exploration of Grounds For Sculpture and expand your two-dimensional works into fiber art.  Learn about surface design, feltristry and sculptural felt-making by exploring different methods used in creating an image in fabric.  Techniques using cyanotype prints, wax resists, fiber paint and dye, embroidery and relief effects on tapestries will be taught.  Instructor: Margareta Warlick.  Prices: $110 Members: $125 non-Members.  Please register by calling (609) 586-0616.

Toad Hall Shop & Gallery Exhibition Opening
Toad Hall Shop & Gallery presents "A Twist of Art" featuring the woodturning of Pennsylvania artist, William Smith, a member of the American Association f Woodturners and author of "Segmented Woodturning."
Reception: October 17 from 5-7pm.  Meet the artist!  Reception is open to the public.  Exhibition runs October 18 through December 31.

Tots on Tour!
Time: 11am. Ages 3-5. Rain or shine! Free with park admission.
Listen to a story, become park explorers, and make original works of art.  Bring your toddler to learn about sculpture through interactive activities.  One adult must accompany each child.  Space is limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Guild for Early Music
Time: 12-5:30pm.  Free with park admission.
You are invited to the Fourth Annual Festival of the Guild for Early Music featuring music from the Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque eras, sung and played by numerous regional performance groups.  The year's theme, "Myths and Legends", will feature ensembles on string, wind and keyboard instruments.

Sculptural Ceramics - Adult Workshop II
